Mentoring New Science Teachers Using RTOP

This presentation outlined the use of mentoring and assessment for teacher professional development. The Reformed Teaching Observation Protocol (RTOP) was used in the assessment process. A demonstration of teacher observations with RTOP used web-based video examples.
