Detail Page

written by Andrew Duffy
This web page is an interactive physics simulation relating to work done by a spring.  As users stretch and compress a spring, the magnitude and direction of the spring force is simultaneously plotted on a Force vs. Position graph.  This item is part of a collection of similar simulation-based activities developed for students of introductory physics.
