This is a rubric developed for middle school self-assessment and peer assessment of the research process. It provides a framework for students to evaluate their own research questions, note-taking capabilities, source selection, content organization, and documentation. The rubric was created as a printable document, and consists of four levels of proficiency ranging from incomplete to exemplary.
