Detail Page

written by Wolfgang Christian and Mario Belloni
This page is part of a collection of applet-based problems and related instructional materials which accompany the book 'Physlets: Teaching Physics with Interactive Curricular Material' by Christian and Belloni.  Each applet is designed to illustrate one concept in introductory physics and is accompanied by a problem for students to solve.  The applets are organized by topic and include sample discussion questions, explanations of phenomena, and problem solutions.  Topics include kinematics, dynamics, work and energy, momentum, waves, rotational dynamics, fluids, and thermodynamics.

This page is part of a much larger collection of applets and related curriculum materials developed specifically for teaching with Physlets, as well as a wide range of tools for input and display of information.

Please note that this resource requires at least version 1.1 of Java.
