Light Speed! is an OpenGL-based program developed to illustrate the effects of special relativity on the appearance of moving objects. In particular, the program allows users to see the manner in which an object is distorted based upon the viewpoint from which it is observed.

In particular, Lorentz contraction, Doppler shift, the headlight effect, and optical aberration issues are highlighted at relativistic velocities.
