This interactive applet tests the user's knowledge of vector subtraction.  By clicking and dragging, users draw two vectors and then construct a line   to show the difference between them.  Afterward, they may check their answer against that of the applet.  

This item is part of a larger collection of simulation based physics models sponsored by the MAP project (Modular Approach to Physics).
