Detail Page

written by Fu-Kwun Hwang
This applet demonstrates the physics processes of a Carnot heat engine. The carnot cycle is a four stage reversible sequence consisting of adiabatic compression, isothermal expansion at high temperature T2, adiabatic expansion, isothermal compression at low temperature T1, and then back to stage 1.
