Detail Page

written by Michael Davidson
This item is a simple interactive simulation that depicts voltage amplitude in a simple direct current generator.  By using the mouse to change the frequency of the current, the user can see the direct relationship between the current frequency and the voltage amplitude, as well as the effect upon the speed of the rotating coil.  This simulation was designed for the beginning learner of physics, and is part of a larger collection of tutorials and simulations on Electricity and Magnetism.
