Improving and Assessing an Elementary Science Field Experience: Lessons Learned

This presentation from the 2006 PTEC Conference describes the structure of an improved student teacher field experience. The goal of this project at Towson University is to provide a more useful and uniform experience for science education students. It takes an inquiry-based approach to provide a closer match to the entire teacher preparation curriculum.
