This applet demonstrates the principle of lever and torque. Wieghts can be added or removed from different points on a balanced beam and the resultant tipping of the beam can be studied.
This applet is ais a part of a large collection of physics applets, vailable in a wide range of languages. Please note that this resource requires at least version 1.4.2 of Java.
