This informational website was developed by a veteran high school teacher to promote deeper understanding of concepts in introductory and intermediate-level chemistry. His primary goal is to concentrate on concepts that students have difficulty mastering, so that they gain confidence in their own ability to pursue further chemistry studies. The materials are organized by topic: atomic structure, chemical bonding, organic and inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, properties of organic compounds, microscopy, and optical instruments.
For students in the UK and international students using UK exams, the site provides a syllabus for each level of examination.
