This is the conference report from the 2018 conference on Enhancing Physics Programs at Hispanic-Serving Institutions. The report includes the outcomes of a pre-conference survey on experiences with physics programs at Hispanic-serving institutions, discussions at the conference, and actions planned for the future. Recommendations for enhancing physics programs are given for faculty, physics departments, educational institutions, professional societies, and funding agencies.
