Bringing together an exceptionally diverse team of faculty researchers with active extramurally-funded research labs--many of which are located at SFSU's marine station, the Romberg Tiburon Center for Environmental Studies (RTC). The program will include an intensive 2-week lab/lecture/field methods course, an 8-week professional development seminar, original research projects designed and conducted by students in the laboratories of their faculty research mentors, a variety of networking activities, and a campus-wide research conference at which students will present their research projects to the broader community.
