Greetings,

Are you interested in making a more significant contribution to The Nucleus?  We are looking for interested students to work as Associate Editors in the collection.  The Associate Editors will be responsible for keeping things running on the site, as well as generating traffic.  We are looking for people interested in working in the following areas:

Outreach/SOCKS, Research Opportunities, Scholarships, Student Clubs, Future Faces of Physics, Book Resources, Lounge Development, and Blogging.

Associate Editors will receive a $250.00 stipend for work over the summer or during a long semester of the academic year.  We are looking to fill positions immediately for the summer, 2008 term.  Anyone who is interested should send an e-mail, indicating interest and qualifications, to editor@the-nucleus.org.

Dave

Hello, this thread stated that assistant editors were being searched for, however since they have been chosen I was thinking the rest of the editors could build off this thread.  I am Melanie Markman the Scholarship Editor.

As the book resource editor do you find books that could be potentially helpful overall? I was just wondering since I know I have some books for scholarships that I was thinking about referencing.

For now I'm working on books related directly to physics.  Now that you mention it, though, we should ask Dave if he has any plans to diversify the book collection.
