I am no longer giving this course, which was originally given at Sussex University (Brighton, UK), and most recently in Fall 2005, with (now Dr) Irene Suarez-Martinez. But I have found the material useful as a resource to direct graduate students to since then, and Compadre has tracked it to ASU.
I would be interested in hearing from Compadre members whether this resource is useful to them. Understandably, this resource is no longer highlighted by Compadre, but feedback (to john.venables@asu.edu) wuld be useful to me personally.
