This web page provides extensive background information on the Project-Based Learning instructional method.  It was developed to help K-12 teachers integrate the strategies of this method into the classroom.  The authors discuss key features of the method and probe issues related to its implementation. Also included is a summary of the theoretical basis for the method and links to related applied research.  In addition, users may access five classroom-tested lesson/models that apply Project-Based Learning strategies.
