Defunct resource?

Author: David Crowley
Posted: June 24, 2019 at 3:37PM

I accessed this resource no later than April 2016 but it seems the website is timing out on all my current (June 2019) attempts to access it. The material is quite important. Can anyone confirm if the resource is down permanently or just experiencing technical difficulties?
