This applet is an interactive demonstration of the cross product. The user can alter the magnitude and direction of the two vectors being multiplied. The cross product is displayed as a red vector emerging from the plane defined by the first two vectors.
This item is part of a larger collection of simulation based physics modules sponsored by the MAP project (Modular Approach to Physics).
