Microstates, Multiplicities, and Probabilities for Simple Systems (Coin Flipping & Einstein Solids)

This is a homework assignment that I give in my upper-level statistical & thermal physics class that deals with combinatorials for counting the number of microstates for each macrostate for two different simple systems (coin flipping and Einstein solids). These multiplicities are used to calculate probabilities, and the students are asked to plot and interpret these probability results.
