Investigating code efficiency

This short activity exposes students to the considerations necessary when thinking about writing efficient code. This is the beginning of having students think about order of operations, the time comparison for executing a function such a print versus a simple operation such as +. Also, the magic command for timing code in Jupyter is introduced.
