Verify Centripetal Force by Spring and Radial Drag

Verify that centripetal force does equal mv^2/r with only a spring force and radial drag to reduce oscillation. Motion of a mass zeros in on a balance of radius, speed, and force that match the corresponding centripetal force theory. The only motion assumption is that initial velocity is tangential.
