Learning Objectives |
Students who complete this Exercise Set will be able to:
* simulate projectile motion with and in the absence of an atmosphere (**Exercises 1** and **2**).
* use computation to solve a problem with with no closed-form solution: namely, the optimal launch angle for a projectile to meet a moving target in the air (**Exercise 3**).
* discover and visualize the effects of drag on an object (**Exercises 1**, **2**, **4**, and **5**).
