JavaScript Physlets
written by Wolfgang Christian
Physlet have been converted from Java to JavaScript using the newly developed Physlet JavaScript library. This conversion of Physlets from Java to JavaScript allows Physlet-based curricular material to be functional on all platforms.

The original Physlets jar file contains forty (40) Java applets known as Physlets.  Unfortunately, all major browsers have removed support for the plugin that enabled Java applets on html pages, thereby breaking all web sites that utilize Physlets. Java-applet based material in the supplemental documents is for reference purposes only.

Physlets are not stand-alone programs and must be embedded into html pages to be useful.   Physlet are small computational engines that are are designed to be scripted using JavaScipt.  The the Physlets and the Physlet Physics books for additional details.

Please note that this resource requires at least version 1.4 of Java Applet Plug-in.
