Introduction to Tablet-Based Simulations with EjsS

Texas Section of AAPT Event
Mar 05, 2015 - Mar 07, 2015 in Lee College, Baytown, TX

Workshop Leader: Anne J Cox

Simulations (Physlets, PhET, etc) have been widely used in instruction.
However, the Java required is more difficult to use on computers and doesn't work on Tablets/Smartphones. This workshop will introduce you to Easy Java Simulations (EjsS) to write/modify simulations that will run on tablets, smartphones and computers. You need a computer with Java installed to build the simulation, but the simulation can run (without Java) in any browser or with the free EjsS Reader App.
