The Vibrations and Wave Tutorial Models demonstrate how the superposition principle gives rise to wave phenomena, such as standing waves and beats. The five models cataloged in this item demonstrate:
- simple harmonic motion,
- history graphs,
- standing waves,
- standing waves on an infinite string, and
- beats.
You can modify these simulations if you have Ejs installed by right-clicking within the plot and selecting "Open Ejs Model" from the pop-up menu item.
