Hello everyone,
Does anyone know of any published academic papers that make use of Tracker/and or explores its accuracy? If you do, please post a link, or let me know where to search - it would be much appreciated!

A good starting point is Google Scholar (https://scholar.google.com/). First search for "innovative uses of video analysis" which is a paper that discusses Tracker, then in the result for that paper click the "Cited by 233" link to see all publications that cite that one.
If you find something useful, please let the group know :-)
Do be aware that Tracker doesn't have an inherent accuracy or uncertainty--instead, they depend very strongly on the resolution, distortion, lighting and other properties of the video and camera, the calibration (a big one!), and the care with which positions are marked, either manually or with the autotracker.
