Quicktime for Windows is dead

I just got a note from our IT department saying that Quicktime would be automatically uninstalled due to security vulnerabilities and at the recommendation of Homeland Security.

How does this impact Tracker and future development?

Only about 1% of Tracker folks use the QuickTime engine so its loss won't really hurt Tracker.

I hope all current QuickTime users will be able to switch to Xuggle without any problems. We shall see!
