This update fixes a bug that I introduced in the last version (6.1.4) three days ago. The bug prevented exporting of selected data in the Export Data dialog.
To upgrade, click the green "Now available" button on the toolbar and choose Upgrade Now. If you don't see the green button choose Help|Check For Upgrades.
You can also download installers directly from the Tracker home page (http://physlets.org/tracker/) or ComPADRE (http://www.opensourcephysics.org/items/detail.cfm?ID=7365).
Thanks for using Tracker and thanks to Erwin who reported this bug to me promptly :-) Doug
I cannot find the Auto curve fit function anymore! in Version 5.1.0 I could easily find it in "Analyse" and Modelling-Funktion. Using the Version 6.1.3 or 6.1.5 I can oly select the suggested otpions of Modellinfunctions (linear, ...) but no automatical fit! What do I do wrong? Best greetings, Heinz
Once you have selected a fit type the curve fitter opens just as in earlier versions and the autofit checkbox is right where it always was. You can then change fit functions and define your own functions as desired. You will also see that when autofitting the best fit parameters now include uncertainties and are displayed with appropriate significant figures. Hover with the mouse to see the parameters and uncertainties to 4 decimal places.

I have a Chromebook and use Tracker online version.
I have noticed that the coordinate system is "hidden" at the edge of the window and difficult to extract and move to the proper position. Last time I used Tracker, for the first time it appeared more or less at the center of the window and therefore was much easier to drag and move.
Moreover, menus tend to close after a fraction of a second, which makes it difficult to use them.
And there is a problem with measurements, see this very short video: https://www.loom.com/share/d4d8fb1ae5d84aba895038aa0051f8e7?sid=3129c7c9-82e0-4c60-a499-382fc66402f3
Thank you very much for the excellent software and best regards!
The coordinate system seems to be "hidden" at the window's edge, making it difficult to extract and relocate to the correct location. The last time I used Tracker, it was much easier to drag and move coreball because it appeared more or less in the middle of the window.
