how to make height 100% work in EJSS

Does anyone knows how to make the height 100% like what the width currently is doing great with?
I speculate the existing ejss CSS style already has a smaller height thus using 100% will only result in a smaller usage of the height.
Anyone can make a template that uses all the height in ejss.
