How to change PlottlingPanel Coordinate Format (EJSS_5.0 ,Javascript)?

Dear All
I need help.
Is there any body know how to change PlottlingPanel's coordinate format?
for example
1. 1234567 ==> 1.23e6
2. 0.0012345 ==> 1.2345e-3
3. 1.2345 ==> 1.2
