In order to install Java 3D on Windows operating system, users must:

1. Download and install Java 3D 
2. Set the Java classpath to include the Java 3D library.

Java 3D is available from the Java 3D project page.  The classpath variables can be set using the attached script.  (Edit this script for yoru Java installlation.)
