I have used Tracker before without issue with videos I have taken on my iphone but for the experiment I am currently working on I decided to use GoPros instead. The GoPro videos are MP4 files (I have attached the video info to this post) but whenever I try to upload it into the online or the desktop version of tracker it gives me an error that it is not a supported video format (also attached). I guess I am just stuck on how to proceed since this program worked so well for me the last time and the trouble shooting page didn't seem to help since it can open videos just fine from the library and I have already tried to convert the videos into API, MOV, and even MP4 (I just wanted to ensure it was MP4).
