Tracker 6.3.1 throws a Xuggle error on Mac

Hi
I am having issues running the most recent Tracker 6.3.1 on my Mac. I'm running Sequoia 15.5 on the system.
I uninstalled and installed an older version 5.1.5. This worked, but only when I converted MOV files to MP4.
I reinstalled the newest version 6.3.1 and I get a Xuggle error message on start up. Even when I switch to version 5.1.5 in the edit tab it still throws a video engine error message at me. Below I have attached screenshots of the error messages and report logs that I'm facing.
If the issue can be resolved that would be amazing. I guess for now, I will just run the older 5.1.5 version.
