How do I obtain and adjust the (x,y) graph?

Hi,
I tracked an object from an imported video with Tracker. This created graphs of points (t,x) and (t,y). Instead of adjusting each of these graphs, I prefer to adjust the unobtained graph (x,y). How do I do this?
