Hello everyone! I report a small bug of the Tracker's library manager.
In Tracker 6.3.1 online, at url opensourcephysics.github.io/tracker-online/ on Opera browser, the following path File -> Open -> Library browser... -> Collections -> ComPADRE Library -> OSP Tracker Collection works, and it opens the ComPADRE library at the url https://www.compadre.org/osp/services/REST/osp_tracker.cfm?verb=Identify&OSPType=Tracker&OSPPrimary=Subject

In Tracker 6.3.1 on Windows 10, the same path File -> Open -> Library browser... -> Collections -> ComPADRE Library -> OSP Tracker Collection doesn't work, and it doesn't open anything.
Thanks for reporting this! I just tested on my Windows 11 machine and same issue here, nothing happens when I try to open the OSP Tracker Collection from the library space waves. Looks like a consistent bug across systems.
