Tracker 6.3.0 windows installer missing bundled JRE

Hi
I just downloaded Tracker 6.3.0 for windows and after installing it I'm unable to launch because it's missing a java runtime environment 1.8.0
In the program files folder there is a "OpenJDK-21.0.5.jre" folder but not the "9.0.4-x64-jre" folder.
If I install the 6.2.0 version and then upgrade to 6.3.0 it works because the "9.0.4-x64-jre" folder is present.
