Applying perspective filter after tracking

Is there a way to apply a perspective filter after tracking a point mass, and having the filter transform the tracking data?

In some of my data the points I want to track are very difficult to see and track after the perspective filter is applied, so I would like to do the tracking first and then apply the perspective filter afterwards.

No, the perspective filter transforms only the image, never the tracks. Maybe a brightness/contrast filter can help make the video features more visible?

Hi,
It would be nice if when applying the perspective filter, the trackers were affected by the filter in the same way and proportion as the image. Sometimes it is difficult to track objects in the perspective-warped image because duplicated pixels blur their edges.
Thanks
