A simulation allowing the user to examine the crystal structure of typical semiconductors in 3D.  The structure can be rotated by mouse.  In addition, the user can make their own semiconductor compound and view the resulting structure. Physical and electrical properties of the compound are provided.

Please note that this resource requires Java Applet Plug-in, or Java3D.
