This item is a Java simulation depicting a movement-based optical illusion. It features a pattern containing three green lines of varying hue, which may be controlled to spin at varying speeds within a circle. The user controls the rotation speed to produce an illusion of stars, circles, and tic-tac-toe layouts.
This applet is part of a larger collection of more than 20 simulated optical illusions by the same author. See Related Materials on this page for a link to the full index of optical illusions.
