The complete tutorial, including video and spreadsheet, is packaged in a single Tracker zip file "balltoss-spreadsheet.trz". Download the trz file to any computer that has Tracker installed and double click it to load the video into Tracker and open the associated Excel spreadsheet and tutorial.
