At this site by the University at Buffalo, you'll find a visual history of science on hundreds of postage stamps. The site includes topics such as astronomy and cosmology, chemistry, modern physics, the Nobel prizes, and more. For each topic, there's a selection of stamps, along with historical information about the person or discovery depicted on the stamp.
