ThePosterProject: Using Visual Means to Challenge Stereotypes

This site combines science and art to challenge stereotypes, promote scientific literacy, and encourage women and girls to do math and physical science. The site presents 36 posters showing women working in various technical fields and also provides background information on each of the women featured. The site is one of the SciArt projects of Pamela Davis Kivelson.
