Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP)

The WMAP mission reveals the conditions of the early universe by measuring the comic microwave background radiation with unprecedented accuracy.  Using the temperature difference in neighboring parts of the sky, the WMAP project tells us about the structure of the universe.  This site contains information about the WMAP project, its goals, and technical papers on the topic.
