This website describes cosmologists' recent findings on the structure and contents of the universe, including the role of string theory.  Here you can learn about the history of the universe, the structure of the universe,  the age of the  universe, the incorporation of inflation into the Big Bang model of the universe, and string cosmology.  A basic and advanced option are available for each topic.
