MentorNet is a nonprofit e-mentoring network that focuses on the retention and success of those in STEM disciplines, particularly women and others underrepresented in these fields. It pairs those studying engineering or science with professional scientists and engineers working in industry, and helps them form e-mail based mentoring relationships. Physics teachers looking for mentors for themselves or their students may find mentors in the MentorNet Community.
