This is an online physics course on thermodynamics designed for elementary and middle school teachers. The course covers temperature, thermal properties, energy, and irreversibility. This is one of several courses designed to provide professional development opportunities that address national and state science standards and requirements for  teacher quality. This work has received support by the Department of Education (FIPSE).
