This web page lists classroom-tested activities on a variety of different topics from physical and earth sciences. The lesson plans can downloaded for use in both formal and informal learning environments. All of these activities list the easy-to-find equipment, the theory behind the activity, and suggestions for how to use the activity.
Editor's Note: One distinctive attribute of these activities is their use in a wide variety of K-8 educational and after-school settings. The experiments highlighted in this collection are considered to be "tried and true".
