This is the portal for The Concord Consortium, a nonprofit research and development corporation dedicated to transforming education through technology. The consortium develops, tests, and disseminates materials for STEM education. Scaffolded simulations and animations are available for teachers and learners. Researchers will find publications on the use of modeling/simulation, online learning, online assessment, and the impact of mobile computing. Hundreds of interactive resources are available, many of which focus on the molecular basis of common phenomena.
The models and many of the publications are freely accessible. Users must register for additional free access to capture data and store student work products.
