Adopt-a-Physicist is the web site for a 3-week event held each fall and spring to connect physicists with high school and middle school students and teachers. Each class adopts a professional physicist and asks questions about the activities, careers, and background of scientists and those with science educations. Communications are online and teachers and scientists are encouraged to participate. This is a collaboration between the Sigma Pi Sigma and the ComPADRE Digital Library.
