This Tracker video analysis experiment explores the effect of rotational inertia by comparing the motion of a toy car and ball on an incline.  It was submitted by a Krakow, Poland, high school student.

A trz file is a zip file that contains the video and Tracker data.  It can be opened using Tracker.  It can also be opened with standard zip tools to extract analysis pdf and the video clip.
